Advice From A Leader
Work on building a network of strategic partners. Join your local Chamber of Commerce or other business associations to connect with other leaders and businesses. Get involved in boards and associations that interest you and that serve the community.
Learn by doing. Take imperfect action. Just get started, and don’t be afraid to make mistakes, as they are always learning opportunities.
