Draft commercial and residential leases

Represent landlords or tenants in eviction cases; Advise clients on landlord/tenant laws and foreclosure procedures

Draft wills, healthcare proxy, power of attorney and trust documents; represent clients in probate litigation

Represent youth in truancy and stubborn Child Requiring Assistance (CRA) cases; Conference and negotiate with probation officers, school administrators and parents to fully represent my client’s interests

In court and out of court representation of individuals on cases related to employment discrimination based on race, gender, religion and disability; Engage in negotiations and settlement agreements with opposing counsel; help clients understand the complexities of the judicial system; provide comprehensive and easy to understand explanations to their questions.

Ask questions, jump into the legal profession either by working at a legal office or taking a law class at local college or community center. Do this as early and often as possible!
